Key Highlights
- Set the technical direction and keep it consistent across the whole platform, from development to release.
- Bring the pieces together, so our tools, pipeline and releases work as one experience rather than separate parts.
- Keep a clear, live picture of platform health and performance — including release readiness at all times — and use it to make releases quicker, more predictable and easier.
- Help the teams get good, practical use out of AI in their everyday work.
- Raise our engineering standards and clear the blockers and dependencies that slow people down.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A technical leader who sees the bigger picture and gets people working towards a shared goal.
- Practical experience in either embedded/firmware software or DevOps, platform engineering or CI/CD — both are equally welcome.
- You value developer experience and use clear indicators of health, performance, and release readiness to guide decisions.
- Comfortable working in SAFe across several teams (System Architect experience is a plus), and curious about how AI can help teams work better.
- You lead through trust, listen well, and bring people together without leaning on formal authority.
