Key Highlights
- Leading, developing and motivating the Engineering team.
- Ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, elevators and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Developing and managing preventive maintenance programmes to maximise asset reliability and minimise operational disruption.
- Managing departmental budgets, maintenance costs and energy consumption.
- Managing external contractors, suppliers and service providers.
