Boeing Global Services Mid Level Business Operations Specialist

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
• 3+ years experience working with senior leaders/executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives
• 3+ years experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality was paramount
• 3+ years experience in capacity and resource management ?
• 1+ years of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
• 1+ years or experience developing and reporting performance metrics
• Bachelors degree or higher
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel as a data manipulation tool (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charting, etc.) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet)
• 3+ years experience in leading projects using Program/Project Management and Agile accepted standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK])
• Experience in running a robust Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO) process
• Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient
• Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating business needs
• Strong time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team work, and receptive to feedback
