Key Highlights
- Be responsible for the subsystem architecture: define purpose, scope, block diagrams, interfaces, BOM structure, and key design decisions.
- Requirements flow‑down & compliance: allocate system requirements to subsystem level, maintain compliance matrices/SoC, and support traceability through design, test, and verification.
- Interface leadership: specify and manage interfaces to neighboring subsystems and external equipment and ensure early alignment.
- Design coordination: collaborate with engineering disciplines Mechanical, Electrical and Software, to meet performance, reliability, maintainability, and safety requirements.
- Risk & change control: identify technical risks, propose mitigations, and manage changes while safeguarding architectural integrity.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Solid systems engineering mindset and preferably a few years of experience from a similar role.
- Experience with functional decomposition, interfaces, requirements, verification/validation, and standards.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and lead collaborative reviews.
