Key Highlights
- Lead the SLO team in maximizing operational availability and minimizing life cycle costs of Boeing products with low observable design features
- Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various products
- Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications
- Validate designs through various methods of review, testing, and analysis
- Implement supportability guidelines early in platform design
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 9+ years of experience working with Low Observable (LO) Engineering Processes
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required)
- 9+ years of experience in reliability and maintainability, product support, or materials & processes engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques for effective communication of results
- Experience in technical writing and documentation for engineering specifications and reports
