Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Strong expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and digital delivery practices.
- • Proficiency in Primavera P6, BIM platforms, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ERP-based project systems.
- • Strong commercial acumen, financial management, and contract administration capability.
- • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- • Ability to independently manage complex projects and senior client relationships in fast-paced environments.
