Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of progressive success in a quota-carrying role within Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the Channel Partner, SaaS, or Technology sectors.
- Demonstrated history of over-achievement in closing new logos and driving quantifiable revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in managing a complex portfolio of partner accounts and flawlessly coordinating multi-stage onboarding processes.
- Direct experience operating within the Canadian market is highly desirable, including familiarity with regional business practices and sales cycles.
- Experience managing multiple partner accounts and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Exposure to the HR/Payroll, Fintech, or related compliance technology space is a significant asset.
