Key Highlights
- Provide real-time support to on-orbit GPS satellite operations, including investigation of and resolution of satellite anomalies.
- Train to become a subsystem Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in assigned subsystems.
- Interface with Operations Customer as subsystem SMEs.
- Write technical reports.
- Support and initiate process and documentation improvement
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active (interim or final) secret or above U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Systems engineering or related experience.
- If not already within commuting distance of the Schriever SFB, willingness and ability to relocation at own expense.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Systems engineering experience.
- Satellite operations experience.
- Global Positioning System (GPS) engineering experience.
- telemetry analysis and trending experience.
- Anomaly resolution experience.
- Data analysis, trending, and reporting experience.
