Job Description
Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry - insurance. In less than a year, we reached a high seven-figure ARR and are growing 50% MOM. We raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition and Scale AI. Our team comes from institutions like Harvard, Berkeley & Oxford and firms like Optiver, AMD & Palantir (+ICPC, NeurIPS backgrounds).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Problem Solver with a history of solving hard problems.
- High Agency & Ownership, with a history of taking charge and forcing things into existence.
- 2+ years in backend development and Python.
- Proven track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
- Experience with core system design, including infrastructure, databases, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in GCP, AWS, and Docker.
Preferred Qualifications
- CTO or founding engineer experience.
