Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- * Experience: Minimum 8+ years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years in a BIM Management/Lead role focusing specifically on interior design and fit-out.
- * Local Knowledge: Mandatory proven work experience in Dubai/UAE, with a comprehensive understanding of regional authority submissions, consultant coordination, and local construction methods.
- * Project Portfolio: Must have a demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful delivery of large-scale luxury hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts, fine dining) and high-end residential developments in Dubai.
- * Software Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, or other visualization tools is a strong advantage.
- * Background: Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- * Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international studio environment.
