- Coordinate cost estimation and scheduling of commissioning activities
- Define and implement subcontracting strategies in alignment with EHS, Quality, Planning & Sourcing
- Prepare commissioning-related tender documentation
- Plan and organize temporary and permanent site infrastructure
- Support projects from early development through completion
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in hands-on commissioning and commissioning management within:Substations (HV/MV),Power generation / power plants, orTransmission & distribution projects
- Substations (HV/MV),
- Power generation / power plants, or
- Transmission & distribution projects
- Experience as Commissioning Manager or similar on large-scale electrical projects
- Experience with several of the following systems is desirable:High- and medium-voltage switchgear (up to 400 kV)Power transformersProtection & Control systems, SCADAGrid connection / electrical systems
- High- and medium-voltage switchgear (up to 400 kV)
- Power transformers
- Protection & Control systems, SCADA
- Grid connection / electrical systems
- HVDC experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards (HV safety rules)
- International project experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia with on-site presence
- Fit for offshore assignments
- Ability to work independently and within global teams
- Strong communication and reporting skills
