  • Coordinate cost estimation and scheduling of commissioning activities
  • Define and implement subcontracting strategies in alignment with EHS, Quality, Planning & Sourcing
  • Prepare commissioning-related tender documentation
  • Plan and organize temporary and permanent site infrastructure
  • Support projects from early development through completion

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (mandatory)
  • Several years of experience in hands-on commissioning and commissioning management within:Substations (HV/MV),Power generation / power plants, orTransmission & distribution projects
  • Substations (HV/MV),
  • Power generation / power plants, or
  • Transmission & distribution projects
  • Experience as Commissioning Manager or similar on large-scale electrical projects
  • Experience with several of the following systems is desirable:High- and medium-voltage switchgear (up to 400 kV)Power transformersProtection & Control systems, SCADAGrid connection / electrical systems
  • High- and medium-voltage switchgear (up to 400 kV)
  • Power transformers
  • Protection & Control systems, SCADA
  • Grid connection / electrical systems
  • HVDC experience is a plus, not mandatory
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety standards (HV safety rules)
  • International project experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia with on-site presence
  • Fit for offshore assignments
  • Ability to work independently and within global teams
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
