Key Highlights

Lead engineering organization and provide technical leadership to team
Establishes, oversees, and administers processes, policies, and practices and determines resource requirements, acquisition, and redeployment plans
Oversee and manage budgets of the organization and development projects
Understands full life cycle requirements for product development
Works with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee performance plans

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
5+ years of related engineering experience
2+ years of related technical management and/or technical leadership experience
Stress Engineering/Stress Analysis experience
Stress Engineering Management background
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and hold people accountable
Excellent interpersonal skills working cross functionally across teams
Analytical, demonstrated ability to deconstruct requirements and prioritize accordingly
Keen eye for details and a focus on continuous process improvement
Exceptional time management skills
Engineering experience in the Aerospace industry
Strong presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
