Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator on major construction or infrastructure projects
- • Happy and understand this role has HIGH Levels of travel , daily , weekly and monthly. Be honest with yourself here !
- • Strong knowledge of BS 5975 and temporary works management procedures.
- • Experience working for a principal contractor or major civil engineering contractor.
- • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design and construction teams.
- • Strong communicator , able to keep calm and convey the message up and downstream
- Qualifications Essential:
- • Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) Certification
- • HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- • SMSTS
- • CSCS Card
- • NEBOSH General Certificate
