Key Highlights

Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
Work independently successfully scheduling complex interviews
Interface with the recruiting and leadership teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to all candidates in the interviewing process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information
Comfort working with data and pulling insights from reports; experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for analysis and tracking
Experience with Google Suite, and ATS systems is a plus
EST hours preferred
