Business Development Manager in Spain (Fire Market)

Required Qualifications

• Spanish native and fluent English; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the fire safety or security systems industry.
• Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to the development of business plans.
• Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required.
• A basic understanding of other Ajax product lines, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel within the Iberia region as needed.
