Job Description
The Senior Software Engineer drives the requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions to support business objectives. This position partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, high-impact solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation. This position serves as a technical leader by promoting best practices and leading the development of solutions throughout the full SDLC.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of IT Innovation and Development experience.
- Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience of: ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred)
- Strong knowledge and experience of: Application development frameworks and integration technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience of: Salesforce platform and ecosystem (TaskRay experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge and experience of: AI, automation, and digital innovation tools
- Strong knowledge and experience of: Agentic AI platform, development, governance
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational stability.
- Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations.
