Key Highlights
- Leads execution of Engineering activities to ensure first-time quality and on-time performance.
- Responsible for execution of service engineering and solutions by suppliers and other Boeing organizations, including Boeing Global Teams.
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes related to in-service issues for Boeing Commercial Airplane owners/operators.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, dealing with and solving airline operator technical questions and issues
- Understanding of 777 Airplane Systems
- Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.
- Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
