Key Highlights
- Partnering with Global Trial Portfolio leadership to provide strategic guidance on resource planning and organisational performance.
- Driving global resource planning and capacity management, including scenario analyses and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Creating transparency around resource allocation and portfolio performance across Clinical Operations, Trial Operations, and Clinical Data Management and Programming.
- Help develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting that help leaders identify opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
- Leading improvements to resource management processes, governance and digital solutions while strengthening cross-functional planning and execution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree in business administration, economics, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in business partnering, portfolio management, resource planning, consulting, clinical development or trial operations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating complex information into clear, practical business recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to influence without formal authority and a genuine curiosity about improving how work is done.
