Position Title: Junior Litigation Lawyer – Local Law Firm Employment Type: Full Time Salary (AED): depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a UAE-based law firm or legal consultancy, preferably within litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong UAE litigation knowledge, including court procedures, filings, case management, enforcement/execution, and preferably Civil, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate/RDC, and Debt Recovery matters.
- Proven sales and client-acquisition ability is essential, with demonstrated experience conducting consultations, following up leads, handling fee objections, converting prospects into paying clients, and working toward revenue or conversion targets.
- Strong legal drafting, research and organizational skills, with excellent English communication; Arabic legal-language capability is highly preferred.
