- An academic degree in a STEM discipline, engineering, science, management, or a related field. Alternatively, substantial experience in operations combined with leadership training.
- Experience from manufacturing, operations or quality assurance within a GMP-regulated environment. LEAN experience and training are required.
- As a minimum, internal candidates are expected to have been a part of one of the early leadership programs offered by Novo. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Danish and good command of English.
