Job Description – General Manager Sales (ITS) Position: General Manager Sales – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Department: Business Development / Sales Location: Bangalore (Travel across Ind
Key Highlights
- Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Government, Smart City, Highways, Metro Rail, Airports, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and Private Infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, client presentations, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals and deliver customized Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
