Key Highlights
- Develop repeatable distribution channels with estate planning attorneys, wealth advisors, accountants, investors, and other trusted intermediaries
- Turn customer insight into sharper positioning, sales materials, campaigns, partnerships, pricing, and product decisions
- Build the GTM infrastructure, including CRM, pipeline reporting, forecasting, automation, and eventually the sales, partnerships, and marketing team
- You have built a sales, partnerships, or growth motion from zero to one and are comfortable owning a revenue number
- Relentlessly testing (and then scaling) different channels and sales motions excites you
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, partnerships, growth, business development, customer success, or startup operations
- A track record of winning customers, building partnerships, or creating a GTM motion from scratch
- Strong written and verbal communication, with experience managing a pipeline and owning commercial outcomes
- Comfort with modern AI, automation, and sales tools, plus willingness to work in person in New York City
