Key Highlights
- Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and dependency alignment in an Agile delivery environment.
- Help teams move efficiently from problem definition to execution by clarifying scope, constraints, and success metrics.
- Map end-to-end customer journeys across digital sales, ownership lifecycle, and automotive service (Fixed Ops) experiences.
- Support initiatives spanning:Service scheduling and appointment flowsRepair order lifecycle and status visibilityRoadside assistance and service communicationsCustomer notifications across calls, SMS, email, and in-app channels
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with automotive service operations (Fixed Ops), such as:
- Service scheduling, repair orders, and technician workflows
- Dealer or OEM service operations
