Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in the modular kitchen, wardrobe, joinery, or specialist fit-out industry, including leadership experience.
- • Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, hospitality, or commercial kitchen projects.
- • Strong understanding of project management, contracts, estimation, MEP coordination, installation, and commercial management.
- • Demonstrated experience in both business development and project execution.
- • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
