Key Highlights
- Lead technical planning and control activities; maintain and enhance lab processes and software tools.
- Adapt to changing priorities, managing multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
- Interface with project/program teams, management, customers, and suppliers to align with organizational objectives.
- Participate in the development and refinement of engineering processes, methods, and tools.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 14 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- At least 10 years managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Active Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing laboratory equipment and personnel.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, software, processes, or measurements.
