Key Highlights
- D2C Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) to drive sales on the company website.
- Marketplace Advertising: Manage Myntra Ad Platform (MAP) and Flipkart PLA/PCA dashboards. Leverage search analytics to identify keyword gaps and optimize “Always-on” campaigns.
- Agency Management: Act as the primary contact for external agencies. Define KPIs, audit performance daily, and ensure reporting integrity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build real-time dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and RTO. Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- System Building: Establish structured processes for creative testing, keyword harvesting, and budget pacing in the first 90 days.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and marketplace management within the e-commerce/D2C domain.
- Expertise in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller portals (Flipkart, Myntra Search Analytics or similar platform).
- Strong analytical ability to convert data into strategic insights and business actions.
