Key Highlights
- Delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Successful implementation of CAPEX initiatives
- Reduction in downtime and improvement in equipment reliability
- Project Management & Technical Leadership: Lead engineering and CAPEX projects from concept to implementation, ensuring technical improvements, operational reliability, OEE optimisation, and effective coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and HACCP requirements, including risk assessments and contractor management processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Relevant engineering qualification within Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar discipline
- Proven experience managing engineering or technical projects within a manufacturing environment (experience from the food production industry is highly valued)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Experience with CAPEX management and contractor coordination
- Strong IT and project management system skills
