Preferred Qualifications
- - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance management in the construction or infrastructure sector, preferably in high-speed rail projects.
- - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and practices within the UAE and internationally relevant to large-scale construction projects.
- - Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multicultural teams.
- - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- - Proficient in financial software, MS Office and SAP.
- - Fluency in English.
