Job Description
We are looking for a strong Finance Controller to join Maersk Training’s central finance function, based in Svendborg, Denmark. In the role you will become a key player in the Maersk Training Finance
Key Highlights
- CFO support / right‑hand role - Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CFO on optimization initiatives, ad hoc financial analyses and decision support, preparing ad‑hoc analyses, business cases, and management material, also towards executive colleagues or as support to Board level discussions.
- Collaboration with HQ Finance Business Partnering - work closely with the Finance Business Partnering team in HQ to support performance management, forecasting, and strategic initiatives by translating business and operational questions into robust financial analyses.
- In Finance – CFO, Finance Business Partners (HQ), Finance Shared Service Center (Chennai), Regional Finance Managers across our 5 regions
- In the wider organisation – Executive members of the Global Leadership Team
- Strong experience within finance controlling, and/or 2-4 years as auditor
