Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • AI-pilled. You've internalized that the way software gets built has fundamentally changed. You use AI tools obsessively and have strong opinions on how to build with them.
  • Experience building agents or complex LLM-powered systems in production. Not toy demos, but real workflows that run autonomously and handle edge cases.
  • Product engineer mindset. You care about what you're building and why, not just how. You talk to users and make tradeoff decisions, not just tickets.
  • Strong across frontend and backend.
  • Absolute grinder.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Has worked at a high-growth startup and thrived in the chaos.
