Key Highlights
- Lead and develop the HVDC and Power Electronics service business in Norway.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery that meets customer expectations and service agreements.
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Drive business growth by identifying new service opportunities and supporting commercial initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in service management or a senior technical role within power transmission, high-voltage, or power electronics industries.
- Knowledge of HVDC and/or Power Electronics solutions is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to develop customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, with willingness to travel within Norway and occasionally internationally.
