As the heart of the Platform and Devices Engineering Infrastructure and Operations (PDEIO) team, our mission is to empower internal developers and external partners across the ecosystem to build exceptional products. We are on the front lines of innovation, leveraging AI to architect stable and effective test solutions—including the critical infrastructure, labs, testing tools and frameworks necessary to ensure the successful launches. Our comprehensive offerings span pre-submit and post-submit pipelines, release infrastructure, tooling and execution, test scheduling, reporting, and high-touch lab support for core components like Connectivity, Interactive, Firmware and Bases OS. By addressing these complex issues, we directly drive the velocity, stability, and uncompromising quality of the broader Android ecosystem for years to come.
