Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Proven hands-on experience managing CRM/clienteling activities end-to-end, including POS data extraction and cleaning, customer segmentation, campaign execution, and store-level implementation.
- • Advanced Excel skills required, with SQL or equivalent experience working with raw POS data strongly preferred; comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch environment.
- • Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or clienteling apps, with practical familiarity with UAE PDPL/data-privacy compliance.
