Key Highlights
- Interfaces with Operations, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Familiar with the QMS requirements when working in the PC 700 to deliver a Safe and Quality Product
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership
- Prior Material Review Boards (MRB) signature authority or equivalent in a Commercial or Defense based program
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly
- Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st or 2nd shift)
- 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- MRBD skills working tags through the QAAP process
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in Root Cause Correction Action (RCCA) process and corrective action systems
