Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Engineer (MEP) to support the Technical Manager in ensuring the quality, compliance, and successful delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across Abu Dhabi and D
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Review MEP shop drawings, material submittals, load calculations, and method statements for compliance with project requirements.
- • Monitor site works to ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV installations comply with approved IFC drawings and specifications.
- • Review and respond to RFIs and Technical Queries (TQs), resolving technical issues and design clashes.
- • Prepare inspection reports, technical review logs, NCR/SOR logs, and weekly progress reports.
- • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- • Attend weekly technical coordination meetings and conduct regular site inspections across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- • Identify technical risks, quality issues, and non-compliance, and escalate them to the Technical Manager.
