Key Highlights
- Participating in intentional and structured career development activities and receiving active coaching and mentoring
- Completing formal training in engineering and technology courses essential to the Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant for ASPIRE and the business
- Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, interacting with global business leaders cross-functionally
- Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
- Participating in international experiences and assignments
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Have a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Control, Chemical, Energy, or achieve the above Master’s degree in related Engineering Disciplines, or have equivalent knowledge or up to 3 years work experience maximum
- Demonstrated Academic excellence
- Internship in any of the technical areas (Engineering preferred) or related equivalent experience
- Passion for engineering with strong technical attitude and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Geographically mobile (locations may vary)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.
