Key Highlights
- You define and execute the tax strategy for the Diagnostics EMEA business.
- You act as a trusted advisor to senior business and finance leaders, on commercial, operational and strategic initiatives.
- You support sustainable growth through proactive tax planning and value-driven decision support.
- You collaborate with regional leadership teams, finance organizations, legal teams, supply chain functions and commercial leaders.
- You provide tax guidance on business models, market expansion, restructurings, supply chain developments, and cross-border transactions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline, ideally complemented by a professional tax qualification.
- You bring many years of extensive experience in international taxation gained within a multinational organization, a Big Four environment, or a combination of both, and possess strong expertise in corporate tax, international tax, and tax governance.
- You have a proven ability to support complex international organizations, influence senior stakeholders, and successfully navigate matrix structures.
- You combine strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and are able to translate complex tax matters into practical, business-oriented solutions.
- You possess a solid understanding of IFRS, tax reporting, and tax risk management, complemented by experience with SAP and modern tax technology solutions.
- You have a track record of driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs that enhance efficiency and transparency.
