Planning Engineer

Required Qualifications

• This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
• Key Responsibilities:
• • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project.
• • Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
• • Identify potential delays and propose mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met.
• • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather project information and requirements.
• • Prepare and present progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• • Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and verify project progress.
• • Assist in the preparation and submission of extension of time (EOT) claims and other project documentation.
• • Utilize project management software and tools to manage schedules and track project performance.
• • Support the project team with planning and scheduling expertise to achieve project objectives.
