Key Highlights
- Sustainment Projects Manager
- Change Shared Services Manager
- You will be accountable for all sustainment system and technical change projects supporting the Super Hornet and Growler Sustainment Program.
- You will lead and supervise a team of project management professionals.
- You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders across the Australian Defence Organisation, United States Government agencies, and Defence Industry.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects to successful and timely completion.
- Proven leadership capability, including customer liaison and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management experience.
- A tertiary qualification in a business-related field (e.g. Project Management, Logistics, Finance, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role within a complex program.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- An aspirational leadership style with a genuine commitment to people and team development.
- Understanding of matrix-based organisations, with the ability to work effectively within them.
- Proven ability to develop practical, innovative, and well-considered solutions aligned to organisational objectives.
- A demonstrated commitment to change and continuous improvement.
