Key Highlights

Execute full SDLC for solutions targeting business and consumer customers.
Work effectively in cross-functional teams to bring features and APIs to production.
Demonstrate strong leadership presence to inspire team members.
Comfortable with distributed systems and large datasets.
Prioritize automation for streamlined processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in web application development
Professional experience with Node.js, React, MongoDB, and TypeScript
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
A love for automated testing
Experience designing and operating distributed microservices in containerized environments
Proficient working experience with modern auth constructs such as JWT, Claims, OAuth 2.0

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with our current product management tools: Jira, Figma, G Suite, and Slack.
You love gaming and/or live streaming and are well versed in the language and needs of the community.
Measure what matters. You know how to write and measure OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Creator culture. You’ve worked on other products in or related to content creation.
