Job Description

Do you have a talent for project management combined with a commercial mindset and a good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes? Then you might be our new Project Manager within the

Key Highlights

Building, maintaining and optimizing a project plan throughout the project lifetime
Monitoring project progress and ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed within deadline
Ensuring cross-functional alignment between internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Sales
Facilitating external alignment with development partners (CDO/CDMO)
Challenging specialists within the core team in a constructive way to optimize the project progression and time-to-market

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

An independent, structured and proactive personality with a can-do attitude
A team-oriented approach with a solid understanding of cross-functional dynamics and excellent communication skills in both speech and writing
A strong business-acumen and a dedication to successfully completing tasks
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and simplify complexity
Strong stakeholder management skills
A commercial mindset with a good understanding of financial key figures and strong analytical skills
An understanding of pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing
Fluency in Danish and English in both writing and speech
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
