- You are a builder: You don’t just use tools; you build them. You have 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx or Platform Engineering with a heavy emphasis on software development.
- You are proactive: You see what is needed, you take action and own problems to turn them into solutions.
- You love building frameworks, abstractions and automation: You see that the best way to ensure best practices are follow is to make something so easy and joyfull to use that nobody wants to use anything else.
- You are AI-curious: You understand how LLMs and AI coding tools are changing engineering and want to help a world-class team leverage them effectively.
- You move fast, test and iterate quickly.
