Key Highlights
- Negotiates and contracts for products, services and technologies
- Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand. Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 2+ years of experience developing, drafting, negotiating and/or executing contracts and subcontracts
- 2+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally 5%
- Level 3: 5+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products
