Key Highlights
- Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm CST
- Answer and make phone calls
- Abilities to work in multiple systems, and use multiple screens on the computer
- Processing mail and faxed request
- Processing medical record requests such as: Insurance requests, DDS Requests, Workers Comp Request, Subpoenas
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology
- Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems
- Experience working with subpoenas
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Previous production/metric-based work experience.
- In-person customer service experience.
- Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers.
- Comfortable bringing new ideas, process improvement suggestions, and feedback to internal stakeholders.
