Preferred Qualifications

• > At least three years of professional experience in areas such as international business, investment attraction, foreign trade, international relations, business management, or client and investor relations.
• > Advanced knowledge of foreign direct investment and business internationalization.
• > Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• > Availability for frequent domestic and international travel.
• > Resident in UAE
• Candidates who fail to meet any of the requirements will be disqualified from the selection process.
• Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will receive an email requesting additional documents, as follows: scanned copies of diploma(s) and proof of professional experience in accordance with the minimum requirements of the position, such as a letter of recommendation, certificate of employment, or similar documentation.

• Academic Formation and Work Experience Analysis
• The Academic Formation and Work Experience Analysis is determined by a point-base system related to the areas of interest for the position, in addition to minimum requirements, which will be summed to the Written Exam results, as follows:
• 1. Bachelor’s degree: 1 additional point (per additional certificate), limited to a maximum of 1 additional Bachelor’s degree;
• 2. Post-Graduate degree: 1 additional point per certificate, limited to a maximum of 3 postgraduate degrees;
• 3. Relevant work experience: 2 additional points for each year of professional experience directly related to the responsibilities and activities established for the position, as described in the announced profile, limited to a maximum of 10 additional years.
• Only the 15 highest-scoring candidates in the Academic Background and Work Experience Analysis will be invited to take the written exam.
• Written Exam
• Candidates will be given a specified amount of time to complete the written assessment, which will be conducted in English and Portuguese. The maximum score for this assessment is 100 points.

• The minimum grade accepted to allow the candidate to progress to the next stage is 60% of the maximum possible written exam score.
• Up to 08 candidates with the best summed results (Academic Formation and Work Experience Analysis plus Written Assessment) will be selected to move forward to the Oral exam.
• Oral Exam
• The assessment will include questions designed to provide a better understanding of the candidate’s professional background, experience, interests, motivation, and overall suitability for the position. It will also include technical, situational, and behavioral questions.

• Additional Information
• 1. On the day of the written exam and oral assessment, the candidate must present original identification and arrive at least 20 minutes in advance.
• 2. The candidate will not be permitted into the room after the given start time of the exam.

• September 11th - Written Exam
• September 15th - Notification of the summed results (Written Assessment result plus Academic Formation and Work Experience Analysis result) and invitation for the Interview (top 8 candidates), via e-mail.
• September 18th or 21st - Oral Assessment
• September 23trd - Notification via email of results of interview.
• October 1st - Start of activities (TBC)
