Key Highlights

  • You own the technical vision, your team's architecture roadmap, and the continuous evolution of the MR reconstruction framework within our open, digital application ecosystem.
  • Together with your agile team, you define and evolve the software architecture and technology standards, drive key architectural decisions and ensure alignment with adjacent teams.
  • You partner closely with product management, research collaborators, and architects from adjacent platforms to translate business and research requirements into scalable, maintainable, and future-proof technical solutions.
  • You enable the research community to implement new MR reconstruction solutions by designing and delivering technical trainings and knowledge sharing formats.
  • You hold a Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • You hold a Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • You have many years of hands-on experience in designing software architectures and scalable software frameworks for digital services, including API design, containerization, and developer-focused platforms.
  • You have repeatedly delivered complex software systems in C++ and Python, combining architectural ownership with hands-on software development.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with MRI imaging techniques, digital image processing, and the development of software for regulated medical devices is highly desirable.
  • You're passionate about modern software engineering practices and technologies, including DevOps, AI-assisted development, containerization, and scalable platform design.
