Key Highlights
- Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Systems Engineering
- Ensures program schedules align with hardware assembly plan and maintains metrics
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 3+ years of experience leading an Engineering project or Engineering team
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
