Summary The Senior Clinical Applications Associate provides technical and operational support for Epic applications supporting patient engagement, access, and digital front door capabilities at Baylor
Key Highlights
- Leads development and optimization of Hello World and Campaigns to support patient engagement strategies.
- Designs and manages outreach campaigns.
- Supports and enhances digital front door capabilities, including Partners with Access leadership to align Epic functionality with operational priorities. Analyzes campaign and engagement performance and recommends optimization strategies based on results.

Qualifications
