Key Highlights
- Develop and implement the global product and portfolio strategy, including roadmap definition and continuous optimization
- Identify high-growth target segments and derive clearly differentiated value propositions
- Build robust business cases for innovations and strategic investments
- Analyze market, competitive, and technology trends and derive sustainable differentiation strategies
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, operations, marketing, and sales
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Holds a degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering)
- Has experience in the process industry, ideally with process instrumentation, preferably within level measurement
- Brings experience from a similar role (Product Manager)
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Participates in selected trade association meetings and represents the company externally
- Possesses strong written and spoken Danish and English skills
