Key Highlights
- Drive strategic input into Global SaaS Operations, ensuring the evolution of operational excellence and quality management practices across a global service organization.
- Lead and manage a talented Platform Engineering / Operations team consisting of 7 specialist.
- Partner with R&D to support the successful development and deployment of services.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational processes and service standards.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management and performance reviews.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in SaaS operations and IT services, with extensive expertise in managing a wide range of hosting platforms, including dedicated hosting providers and cloud environments such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience in people leadership, preferably with experience leading a team of five or more.
- A strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based service delivery.
- Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
- A proven track record of leading operational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
